Return On Equity: -29.68% 
Return On Assets: -18.83%
Debt/Equity: 24.44%

Reasons to watch: MSTRx is a tokenized stock. Recently, xSTOCKS  was released. xSTOCKS is a protocol where stocks are tokenized on the Solana block chain. MSTR is probably over valued at the moment, but this is my attempt of trying out tokenized stocks.

Risk: Tokenized stocks is something new and speculative.

FIRE – Financial Independence Retire Early. The popularity of the movement is largely due to the efforts of Mr. Money Moustache. Of course, financial independence and early retirement is nothing new, I have (and many before me) been thinking about financial independence ever since I started working more than 10 years ago. I must admit by just thinking and without concrete actions, I am not there yet with this ‘FIRE’ thing. Mr Money Moustache retired at 30, therefore I’m definitely too old to beat that record. On... Crypto AI, NFT2.0?

AI seems to be the buzz word recently. Is this sector legit or are we in NFT2.0? NFT's were supposed to change the world in 2021, but sad to say that was a speculative bubble that popped within a year or so. Trading volumes peaked in January 2022 at about $17.6 billion, driven by hype around projects like Bored Ape Yacht Club and CryptoPunks. By September 2022, volumes had crashed roughly 97%, with average NFT prices dropping from $4,000 in early 2021 to under $1,500 by mid 2022. Fastforward to Q4 2024, something else exploded into the scene that caught my attention. Terminal Truth was released and it got the attention of Marc Andressen who funded it with some BTC.
